II. Return and Exchange Process

Applying for Return or Exchange: Please log in to your account, apply for a return or exchange on the order details page, and fill in the reason and requirements for the return or exchange.

Reviewing the Application: We will review your application within 24 hours after receiving it. Once approved, you will receive the return or exchange address and relevant instructions.

Returning the Product: Please send the product back to the address provided and keep the shipping proof properly.

Processing the Return or Exchange: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it as soon as possible and process your return or exchange request. If it meets the conditions for return or exchange, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

III. Return and Exchange Fees

If the return or exchange is due to quality issues or the product not matching the description, all shipping fees will be borne by us.

If you apply for a no-reason return or exchange for personal reasons, the shipping fees will be borne by you.

IV. Special Notes

Custom-made products, consumables, personal hygiene products, and other special items are not eligible for no-reason returns or exchanges.

If the product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company.
